Dr. George L. Rodríguez is the President and CEO of Injury Rehabilitation Centers of Pennsylvania, Advanced Diagnostics, and Advanced Rejuvenation Treatment Services. The focus of these groups is the diagnosis and improvement of physical and physiological conditions that affect form and function of the human body. His practices offer high-quality options in diagnostics, therapies, treatments, and counseling in conditions that mostly affect the musculoskeletal system. He is a board certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Quality Assurance and Utilization Review, and Independent Medical Examination. To date he has treated over 10,000 patients using state-of-the-art medical science coupled with alternative and complementary techniques.

Dr. Rodriguez graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He double majored in Biophysics and Natural Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry. As a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, he studied cellular and micro-cellular differentiation in eukaryotes (sea animals) at the Wood’s Hole Marine Biological Laboratories. His focus was to discover the initial structural uniqueness of an egg that eventually leads one cell to become millions of different cells that make up a body. Dr. Rodriguez graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Medical School in 1985, where he assisted in many operations, particularly of the hands, large articulating joints, and the cardiovascular system. Through his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), which he completed in 1989, he focused on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions.

Following his residency, Dr. Rodriguez started his private practice. He also served as Assistance Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Director of Physical Medicine Services for the Skilled Nursing Facility of the Presbyterian Medical Center for five years, while also serving as Associate Clinical Professor within the Department of Internal Medicine of the HUP system for five years.

In addition, Dr. Rodriguez served as Medical Director of the Acupuncture Drug Detoxification Research Program of Philadelphia for one year, founder and elected Chairman of the North Philadelphia Health System’s first Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for three years and taught podiatry residents from the Podiatry College of Philadelphia. During that time he held admitting and consulting privileges at six Philadelphia area hospitals.

In 1997, Dr. Rodriguez began to devote his time to private office practice. He has kept his focus on patients, science, and technology by adding MRI, Ultrasound, Lasers, and autologous stem cell treatment services. At present he heads a medical company of 80 employees and 15 health profession licensed subcontractors with eleven locations in Philadelphia and three surrounding counties. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.

Dr. Rodriguez has over twenty three years of experience in the treatment of joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves.

Dr. Daisy Rodríguez is a board certified physician in the specialties of Internal Medicine, and Independent Medical Examination. She currently practices at the Injury Rehabilitation Centers of Pennsylvania, and at Advanced Rejuvenation Treatment Center. She received her education at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Biochemistry, and receiving her B.A. Degree in 1983. During that time, she was fortunate to be able to study cellular and micro-cellular differentiation in eukaryotes (sea animals) at the Wood’s Hole Marine Biological Laboratories. Her focus was to observe the effects of differing concentrations of calcium on the skeletal structures in embryonic sand dollars. As a junior and senior, she helped devise a system to diagnose illnesses using the human breath utilizing a spectrophotometer. She then went on to graduate medical school at The University of Pennsylvania in 1987, and began her residency at the Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which she completed in 1990. She is a highly skilled physician with a focus on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions, supplementing her training with rheumatology. She has a strong personal interest in stem cell functions and capability.

To further her interests in the science of stem cells, and to help people by improving their quality of life, Dr. Rodriguez is currently working with men and women to re-grow their hair using a minimally invasive, non-surgical, cellular approach.
